Our Collaborators
The CONDUIT™ program collaborates with multidisciplinary organisations at different levels, with particular emphases on innovative and inter-professional health services and systems; effective engagement and knowledge transfer with our communities and patients; longitudinal cohort studies to evaluate the effectiveness of eHealth interventions in areas that are of local, regional and national significance e.g. diabetes, mental health, aged and palliative care, and integrated and inter-professional care.
The CONDUIT™ program aims to establish standards and protocols to link existing databases in hospitals, general practices, allied health practices and research and evaluation projects to directly impact on clinical care, health promotion and facilitation of research projects.
