CONDUIT™ actively seeks to work with partners to link and use databases across the diverse health and research sector to facilitate health research, audit, monitoring and quality control. CONDUIT™ is building and continues to build a significant repository of knowledge and expertise about database linkage and integration, particularly in health promotion, prevention, chronic disease management and quality use of medicines.
